Program of speed, agility, and quickness (SAQ) training is essential for developing the fundamental movement skills that enhance athletic performance
Each Sunday starting 4/6/25, we will hold a 1 hour speed and agility class for adults and kids 7+. No multi-week commitment
$15/person for each class attended.
