About Practice Time Sports LLC

Practice Time Sports was founded in 2024 by Chris Harris.  Chris has been a coach for the last 10 years at various levels of baseball (tee-ball to 17u). He has learned new approaches and techniques from all the coaches he has worked with over that span.

Between all the school districts located around Canandaigua, there are many kids interested in playing baseball, softball, and soccer.  However, there wasn't a place for those kids to practice in inclement weather or during the colder months.  Chris' goal was to provide a location for all those kids to have a facility that was close to their homes, that they can practice, receive instruction, as well as increasing their appreciation, love, and respect for the sport.

Chris and his wife Amanda have three sons who attend Canandaigua City Schools.  All three are active in baseball, soccer, bowling, volleyball and more.  When not in the shop, Chris is usually coaching baseball at Canandaigua Junior Baseball, keeping the book for CA Varsity Baseball team, or attending soccer games as a proud parent (while Amanda coaches :] )
