MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Membership

1.1  General. Upon purchase of a Practice Time Sports Membership, you will  receive a Member ID that is unique to your membership. You may cancel  your Practice Time Sports Membership up to two days before the end of  the current term, by visiting the Practice Time Sports facility in  person, or sending an email to practicetimesports@gmail.com requesting to cancel and noting your Member ID. There are no refunds  for Practice Time Sports Membership. If you cancel your Practice Time  Sports Membership, you can continue to use your Practice Time Sports  Membership until the end of your relevant term.

1.2 Auto – Renewal. FOLLOWING THE INITIAL TERM FROM DATE OF PURCHASE, YOUR

PRACTICE TIME SPORTS MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW, AND PRACTICE

TIME SPORTS WILL CHARGE THE CREDIT, DEBIT CARD, OR OTHER PAYMENT TYPE

(WHICH PRACTICE TIME SPORTS MAY ACCEPT FROM TIME-TO-TIME) ON FILE FOR YOU

(COLLECTIVELY A “PAYMENT METHOD”) FOR AN ADDITIONAL TERM AT THE INITIAL

FEE. THEREAFTER, PRACTICE TIME SPORTS WILL CONTINUE TO AUTOMATICALLY

RENEW YOUR TERM ON A RECURRING BASIS, AND UPON SUCH RENEWAL CHARGE

THE PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE FOR YOU FOR THE INITIAL FEE WITHOUT FURTHER

NOTICE TO YOU UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR PRACTICE TIME SPORTS

MEMBERSHIP BY FOLLOWING THE CANCELLATION PROCESS DESCRIBED IN THE

PARAGRAPHS ABOVE. TO AVOID BEING CHARGED FOR A NEW TERM, YOU MUST

CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP UP TO TWO DAYS BEFORE THE END OF THE CURRENT

TERM. IF YOU CANCEL, YOU CAN CONTINUE TO USE THE BENEFITS OF YOUR

PRACTICE TIME SPORTS MEMBERSHIP UNTIL THE END OF YOUR TERM.

1.3 Payment resubmittals. If the Payment Method we have on file for you is declined for

payment  of the applicable fee, Practice Time Sports will send you a  communication (email and/or phone) to receive updated payment  information and you agree that we may resubmit the applicable fee for  the updated payment information. If updated payment information is not  received within 72 hours, your Practice Time Sports Membership will be  automatically cancelled and your benefits will end. You will have the  ability to sign up for another Practice Time Sports Membership  thereafter and your new term will be based on the date that you sign up  along with the fee in-effect at that time.

1.4 Membership Fee. The fee for a Practice Time Sports membership is stated in the

subscription  sign up or other enrollment process. The Practice Time Sports  Membership fee is non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these  Terms. The fee charge for the

membership  will not increase while the membership is on auto-renew. If the  membership is cancelled or terminated, a new membership can be purchased  for the fee in-effect at that time.

1.5  Changing Membership Types. You may choose to change your membership at  any time during the term by visiting the Practice Time Sports facility  in person, or sending an email to practicetimesports@gmail.com requesting to change membership and noting your Member ID. The changes  will go into effect on the next renewal of the membership, and the  payment on file will be charged the fee in-effect at that time of the  new membership.

1.6 Other Limitations. We reserve the right to accept or refuse Practice Time Sports

membership  enrollments at our discretion. You may not transfer or assign your  Practice Time Sports Membership. Only the names listed on the membership  (athlete and/or parent) may use the benefits of the membership. Usage  of the membership by any other persons may result in Termination of the  membership.

1.7  Terms and Conditions Changes. Practice Time Sports may at our  discretion change these Membership terms or any aspect of Practice Time  Sports that is not material, without notice or liability to you. If any  change to these Terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason  unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity  and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR  CONTINUED ENROLLMENT AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR  ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU  MUST CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

1.8 Termination by Practice Time Sports. Practice Time Sports may terminate your

membership or participation in Practice Time Sports, including any additional or ancillary

benefits  provided by Practice Time Sports, at our discretion without notice or  liability to you. If we do so, we will give you a full refund for any  term that has not yet expired. However, we will not give any refund for  termination related to conduct that we determine, at our discretion,  violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud, abuse or  other misuse of the membership or any of its benefits, or in our sole  discretion is harmful to our interests or those of another user.
